a competitor's quick kerb using the slurry coat they brag about- shows white when chipped- not repairiable. Slurry makes bright colours, but doesn't last well.

People ask me if we install rope lighting in our curbs. NO we don't and here is why. That uneven black line is the rope lighting. Very expensive to get this done, and doesn't look good. If you want rope lighting on curb, there are better and cheaper ways.

they tried plastic besides the bricks- it wasn't working- best efforts didn't turn out. If your labour is worth anything to you, this is a bad solution.
